$700 of unauthorized charges on my debit card from AirBnB

Following the link in the email from AirBnB about this incident says "This support case is now closed."

I had to call my bank and order a new debit card but have no idea what AirBnB is doing about this.

So frustrated. How did someone get my debit card information?

My wife and I have called several times. Agents cant seem to understand the problem and we cannot talk to a supervisor.

@Jay288 You have your bank do a chargeback to AirBnB via the fraud department. Change your AirBnB password immediately and run a full system scan if on a computer.
