A RESERVATION i MADE FOR A STAY IN OKEECHOBEE , FL BUT, I CANNOT FIND IT

I secured a reservation for myself to stay in Okeechobee, FL over Thanksgiving - Nov. 27, 28, 29.  I have been in contact twice with my host,  the reservation is "lost!"  I can't find it anywhere.  can you find it for me?  Thank you.

Also, I cannot "open" any reservation ay all.

I could easily assume that this is typical case of having multiple Airbnb accounts. They booked a listing, in contact with the host, but then suddenly they can't see their booking anymore because they logged in to another account.
