A cancelled guest now wishing to rebook

I have a problem I need some help with a guest has cancelled her booking but now wishes to rebook, however guest is not seeing my listing and no way for be to send another quote. I checked the dates they are open for her to rebook. What to do

I'm not sure, but I think she can't book again with you, considering that she had just cancel with you.
