A coupon that I was given but can't find !

Dear Airbnb,

Earlier this year I agreed to help out and accept the reservation of a young lady who's previous booking in Punta del Este, had been cancelled at the last moment by another host. I was first contacted by Aribnb by phone asking if I could help. I did. She stayed, paid and all was well.  I was then contacted again by Airbnb by phone (a call from Brazil) and was told that, for helping out, I was being given a coupon for a discount that I could use for my next booking, as a way of airbnb saying, thanks ! 

Very nice, but now I can find no details of this coupon in my airbnb profile, no record of a number or it's value and as the offer was by phone, there's no record for me to be able to use it for the booking I now wish to make.

Help...anyone ?

Sounds like you are going to have to phone, @John878. The number for Brazil is +55 21 3958-5800, but maybe you can find something closer at Contact Airbnb. Use the Twitter option if you have an account. (If you don't, it is easy and free to set one up and it might be worth it just for this?)
