A guest ask for a copy of the license of my house

Hello everyone,

A guest who is coming is asking for a copy of the license of the house to get the Visa to Spain, is it normal?

It´s the first time I´ve recieved an email like this and I´m not sure what to do.

JUst say no. It's not normal.

What they can have is the booking confirmation that Airbnb provides them with when they have a confirmed booking.
