A guest is trying to request a reservation, but the system won't send it through to me

Hi All,

Was wondering if anyone had run into this issue. A guest recently messaged me the following:

"Hi _____, I'm trying to send a request for your listing. But Airbnb repeatedly ask me to verify my ID. When I verified and got to the page says the request has been sent. Then it asks me to verify again. So could you please tell me if you get my request? Or have you ever encountered this situation before? I'd appreciate your help. Thank you very much!"

I checked the guests profile and they are indeed listed as verified through a number of means. I recommended they check with AirBnB help as well, but I was wondering if anyone could help me shed some light on what the issue is that's preventing the guest from booking with me?

They may be "verified" through means of social media and/or email address, but it sounds like their physical ID verification may still be pending.  This sometimes takes Airbnb a couple days to fully verify - espcially for international IDs.
