A place in Lake Havasu AZ for next weekend

From host to host, I am looking for a place to stay in from March 23-24 at Lake Havasu in Arizona. I cannot find anything available right now that won't break the bank. There is only 5 places left and one is an RV for $275/night. I am going to watch my 16 yr old son race his dirt bike out there and didn't know it was spring break also. If anyone has any tips or maybe a place that's not listed I would like to rent it. I don't price gouge here living in Vegas. I charge an average of about $60 a night for my private rental. But I can't pay that much for any place a night. Thank you.

That's a shame you had to leave it to the last minute to book. It always means the cheaper/nicer places go first

I didn't quite understand your point about not being able to pay others what you charge for your own accommodation?
