A pre-approval expired before the 24 hour period was up and a new instant booking came through bumping the original inquiry out.  Anyone?  Anyone??

If the first guest doesn't book after you've pre-approved a brand new guest can either use instant book and book the home at any time or submit a request for pre-approval. 

When sending your pre-approvals you have the option to block off the days in your calendar (so no one else can book them), or leave them open to allow anyone to book.

Pre-approving doesn't preclude someone else from booking.  It just allows them to do it if they want.
