A regular guest told us he couldnt find our listing this year?? whats happening?

Furthermore, due to a bungled booking which was eventually cancelled ( not our fault) we seem to have lost our Superhost status!

Feeling frustrated theres no Helpline to call or email address with helpers as there are on other hosting sites.

@Alison7  There is a large pinned post on the first page of this Help forum which tells you all the ways to contact Airbnb support. I'm always surprised how many people miss it, considering it's just to the left and a bit down the page from where you clicked on "Start a Conversation" to make your post.

@Alison7  Either as @Sarah977 said or the following link should help.  https://www.airbnb.co.nz/help/contact_us     @Sarah977 I also have never noticed that pinned post.  Alot of hosts may never come on the Community pages to see it and I know previously when I have had to search for a number to call it is a bit of searching to find it.  Its a pity in our drop down menu of our profiles on our hosting pages it doesnt have a contact us button.  It would be much easier.

@Donna316  Oh yes, the company is really good at hiding the information on how to contact them- they hope you'll give up and not bother them. But a simple Google search comes up with pages of info on Airbnb's phone numbers.

And in order to post on this Help forum, you have to come to the CC and click on that "start a conversation" bar. But I guess a lot of first timers to the CC just right away post their question without looking around at any of the posts.
