Hello everyone
Even when I have 'accepted' and sent several messages and therefore presumed to have booked a guest, I still get messages telling me that I haven't 'accepted or 'declined'. I then get timed out and told this is bad! Should I just keep 'accepting' everytime?
Thank you
You only need to accept once, not sure what is happening here? If you are ever in doubt about if you have to act on anything, go to Dashboard and it will tell you what you need to do.
I've just had a similar problem. My current visitor asked for an extension, which I approved. The calendar showed a blue line with their name on it through the new dates. Then another visitor autobooked in the middle of that time! How is it that there was such a lag in the booking of that approval?!
@Christian152 Are you "accepting" from a phone or tablet device or by replying to an email?
Hi James. I think for this guest I was texting 'accept' via my phone. Could this be causing the issue? It's not always possible to do this via PC! Thanks
I have similar problems but I think arising from the reception that my phone gets in the Florida Keys when I am away from the mainland.
I "accepted" via a desktop PC, it's always been reliable in the past.
What do you mean by accepted?
Hi David. For this guest I have been texting 'accept'. I can't always get to a PC. Maybe the system relies on a smart phone. I don't have one!!
Thank you
Christian
