The red line with an arrow represents the white border beside the listing's picture. What do you think of making this border with soft, transparent edges?
I think 95 photos is too much. I did a "sketch" photo with a program that depicts our actual property as an artist sketch on some listing sites to see how the response was and it has been neutral so far with having a real point of difference. You may like to test it out for a while but cull down your photos! Honestly, I think I will likely revert back to the standard photo and be the same as everyone else eventually. In terms of the main listing photo, you will certainly stand out but as a traveller a generic honest photo would likely pull me in more than an animated photo that has nothing to do with the property and for some it may put them off. Hope that helps.
It's a rather quixotic idea.
A drawing means nothing to me, I want to see photos. And I agree, 96 is too many and you can reduce it to maybe 30 of the best. I also wonder why you are asking for guests to rate you no stars? If they do, your listing will quickly become suspended as low star rankings are punished.
