AIRBNB JUST CLOSING MY CASES

hello i have problem with my payout.I should recive it a long time ago.I was in my bank and they told me that the money is in the correspondent bank and that they cant send me money becouse it is not sent by swift.PLEASE send me money back on my airbnb account, i want to add another payout method.If i dont get my payout back i will be forced to remove my listings becouse i get scammed.
I dont know why you dont help em to solve this problem.
I write you 5 times and you dont answer me.
I did not except that airbnb is like this.
