AUTHMSG

Just wondering if anyone else is receiving an AUTHMSG by text with this symbol at the start <#>? Im receiving them daily. Seems suspicious as Im not trying to log in from a different device or anything.  Should I just ignore?

Yes I have too the last fews days. I changed my password but I received another one today. @Elizabeth2127

 

 

I have been getting the Authmsg messages everyday.

Yes, I’ve been getting them daily since late last week. I contacted customer support, thinking someone is trying to access my account. 
as usual they were polite but completely useless. 

I set up a new email and changed my email yesterday, but got another sms at 0320 this morning. 

I put in a bug report just now. 
that won’t get actioned either, but I feel better having sent it!

 

gawd, I wish there was a viable alternative in my area!!!

where can I find that please?

 

because I’ve also had some settings changed without my knowledge. 
I.e. cleaning fee removed and extra fees for extra people after 1, removed.

ive lost quite a bit of money by honouring those bookings 

@Kevin616  Ugh, yes, sometimes those settings just change.  I've had that happen to my check in and checkout times.

 

If you click on the upper right or on your picture you'll get a dropdown of choices and one of them is Activity.  Here is a screen shot:
