It is not possible - it would have to be sent to each guest separately.

You can now upload photos to clarify check-in details.

 Hi Helen,

Thank you so much for the response and your valuable time.  As the property is in Mauritius, it is proving difficult as I am constantly updating the property and hence the House Manual requiring same.  Also it seems that I have to do it in different languages.  Thank you so much though.
