About Superhost status, awarded to ads without reviews!

We often see Superhost ads with zero reviews, or just one ! Simply because the owner owns other houses that have received Superhost badge;
I find this very abnormal and misleading for travelers. Superhost status must be assigned based on the outcome of each ad, and not globally attributed to an owner.

It's basically a badge given to a host not to a property.

But your concern is absolutely right.

What I think if they can create a badge for best property also that will work for guests to filter.

Actually I think that superhosts with multiple properties are possibly the best superhosts on the platform. The more properties you have the harder it is to maintain superhost status.

yes, as you say, perhaps, possibly ... personally, I would prefer to rely on real opinion and subject to the difficult criteria of obtaining superhost status. As our Indian friend says, we need a badge that judges the quality of the property, not the owner!
