Accept reservation requests: Make guests feel welcome by accepting requests whenever you’re availabl

I have accepted 100% of requests, but am showing as having acccepted 80%.  Does anyone know how this might happen?

Hi @Diana1023  sounds a bit strange!

 

Might you have missed some requests that then timed-out?

 

I can't think what else might have happened if you have accepted 100% of requests that have come your way.

Thanks for the reply Paul but I have responded very quickly - keen for the business 😉

I did have one guest who cancelled then re-booked and I'm wondering if this has messed up my rating somehow.  It was all a bit of a muddle - lovely guests in the end, I might ask the support people to check the logs.    BW, D
