Accomodation NO WATER, DIRTY and NO answers from host

HELP! 
The room is very dirty, the walls are rotten due to humidity. The toilet wasn't clean when we arrived, had no toilet paper.

There are bugs everywhere (MosquItos, ants, flys, spiders, geckos).
The inside of the pillowcases are black of humidity and rotten. 

The first night there where people very loud from 04 am to 06 am, second night the same. Impossible to rest.

The first morning we had no water for 2h. Now, the second morning NO water for over 4h. Tried contacting The host, tried contacting staff. The staff offered me to shower in the kitchens toilet! So I can't go toilet and flush in my own room! I had no answers from the host or staff. They only said and quote "Yes, there is problem with water room 4!" 

Tried changing the booking through the website got no replies. Tried messaging Airbnb, still have up to 24h wait in a reply. 
How can I change my reservation, change location and not lose my money???? Please somebody help, this is a terrible way to end a year.

Oh dear get on the phone to Airbnb say how many hours you have been waiting for them to help you relocate at this busy time of year. Insist they take action. Good luck.
