I don't understand, why the amount stated on Air B&B doesn't correspond to the amount I received on my bank account. This is an exception, usually it cporrelates! I was supposed to receive £1,000.63 but instead I received £857.68 I want to contact AirB&B to find out why this is so! I've even taken two screenshots withe the differing calculations. I'd be happy if anyone can tell me how to resolve this and how to contact someone I can speak to on Air B&B.

Did you check your Transaction History Pages ?
Was there an amount from a previous reservation as a credit ?
To contact Airbnb:
Contact Airbnb - Community Guide [Updated]
Added: i now see it is a "long term stay".
Could it be this payout is the first installment and the next one is waiting ?
Check Transaction History (future transactions)
Best regards,
Emiel

Thanks for responding, much appreciated. I think I'll contact the AirBnB community guide ...
It just doesn't make sense. I also don't see why they would pay in installments.

Hi Emiel
Thanks this really was helpful, I managed to find a telephonen number through your link and got in touch with an AirBnB extpert. You were right, they do make two payouts for long term guests. So thanks ever so much for your help.
But I do like your description of stay: “bang in the center of Horgan”
