Add a Security Deposit

Hi all,
I am a new user and would like to add a security deposit on an existing reservation.
My guest understand that it was an error on our side as we are new to airbnb. He is happy to add it, however I can't add/update the security deposit on the reservation. Is there a way to do it without cancelling the reservation ?

Your can't change the terms and conditions of an existing booking!

Put the security deposit in place from now on.

You would be extremley unlucky if your first guest caused a problem so I would accept the booking and hope for the best.
