Adding a reservation manually

I am a host and would like to add a reservation for a customer who called in. She requested that I send the payment request via email.

I cannot find an option to add a reservation and send billing request. Seems like the only option is for the guest to register themselved and get all that done before I approve (or instant book).

Any solutions?

The first procedure is against Airbnb terms and is also not possible to "manual" add a reservation.

The second procedure you mention is the correct one. The guest can register at Airbnb and follow all proper procedures to book your accomodation.
