Adding a small kitchen

We partition off half our house and use it as an airbnb.  We can’t have longer term guests because we don’t have a sink or stove (we do have a microwave, toaster, small bar fridge and coffee station).... We have a perfect place to put a small kitchen in and in searching the web we came across this https://www.goedekers.com/Avanti-CK3616.html (the Avanti CK3616) which fits into the area perfectly.  We were wondering whether any of you have installed one of these and how you find them?

I saw those! I think it's a great idea and worth it. Too bad shipping is so outrageously expensive for Alaska!
