Adding house rules

When I first created my listing I didn't include any house rules. Unfortunatly due to recent experiences I now feel the need to. I have been all through the site and found a way to edit everything else but I can not find a place to add house rules. Can anybody tell me how to do this?

I think for some people it may have changed but for me, I still change mine in the "Detailed Description" section.  See image below.
