Adding my Phone Number

Hi, I'm trying to finish my profile; however AirBnB refuses to allow my mobile phone number which is with a huge provider in the U.S. When I finally found a number to call they told me the problem was with my provider and I needed to unblock the website. So I go on my provider account and nothing is blocked. I'm really confused...
