Additional Guests Price not appearing on my ad when people view?

Hello, Can someone help, I have just had a couple arrive when I assumed it was only one get. From my end I can see the Additional Guests Price per night. When I look on my listing from a guests view it does not come up? I don't understand, can someone please help?

I searched for "Creffield road, London" and found your listing. It does show an extra charge per guest after the first guest.

I'm in Ireland so it shows the price in €. It says €6 per night after the first guest.

You should take a look at their reservation, check the booking and the number of persons.  If they have entered the correct number of persons, the calculation should be correct.  

If you have changed your pricing settings after the guest booked - your old settings rule.  

With a pricing setting per person you would need to check and verify the number of persons immeditately after booking if you use Instant Book as most would assume price would be the same for one or two like in hotels.

Hard to advise in detail  @Pandora3 based on the information you have provided.

If they only booked for one guest and didn't mention extra guests coming along in their correspondence then they need to pay for extra guests if you have a charge for them on your listing.

Just contact the guest, explain there must have been some confusion as they only booked and paid for one guest but two turned up. Say you are happy for the extra guest to stay (if you are) and that you just need to send them an adjustment to their booking to cover the extra guest. Do this through BNB listing messaging, then go into the booking and click on the button to ammend the booking.

Your guests will need to click to accept the ammended price.

Make sure you do this and they pay before they leave.
