Additional guest discovered at checkout

Hi,

 

We discovered upon checkout today, that our 2 guests had a third person staying. There doesn't appear to be a way to change the res to reflect this third person and charge $20 as we require.

 

In addition, they damaged our carpet which we will request them to pay for ($140 for 7 carpet squares).

 

I know how to request the funds for damage but do I just include the additional person as well or is there some other way to do that?
