I don't know exactly how to technically answer your question, maybe a host whose had that same issue or Airbnb themselves...
In the meantime or generally in fact you could think of tackling this proactively in your listing by mentioning the building name.
Then in your arrival instructions through the site, add that too.
There's also your personal contact with your guests through the message system or email making sure they arrive well: Tell them to ignore any instructions not from you that will send them to the wrong building.
There is so much we as hosts can do to solve problems if we only use the tools we have at hand 😉
