Ads in house with 2 independent apartments

Hi, all. I'm new in hosting with Airbnb and I have this question: I want to rent my 2 story beach house which has 2 independent appartments. I've been renting it through other sites in the last few years with 3 ad options: ground floor house | 1st floor house | both houses (for groups). How is this done in Airbnb? Must I have 3 different ads as well? If so, Is it ok to edit the calendar in each one? Because, for instance, whenever a floor is rented, I must edit the availability in the ad with both floors immediately and hope no one rents the 2 floors option at the same time (unlikely, but possible). I think 3 ads is the best way, but I'm open to suggestions. Thanks in advance! João
