Advice on Contacting Airbnb

For newbie hosts like me who are unsure how to contact Airbnb with questions or concerns, I would suggest that you reach out via Twitter @AirbnbHelp.  I had a serious issue with a group of guests last night (loaded weapon, pot-smoking, back door left open and gas stove still alit after they went out).  I expressed my concerns via Twitter and within an hour I had a response.  Within three hours, Airbnb had cancelled the guest's reservation, assured me that my pending Superhost status was secure and agreed to pay me the full booking rate (which I received less than an hour ago.)  So kudos to Airbnb support over at Twitter!

Hello all

I am trying to find a number I can conctact Air BnB. 

I need to amend my address and the system won't let me do it. 

any tips? I'm in Australia, so I would appreciate a country code and area codes please.
