Advice on Short Term Rentals [STR] Business Insurance Companies and affordable policies in Canada

Are there any Canadian hosts that can enlighten us on STR Business Insurance,  company names and affordable policies? We seem to be struggling to get a policy inside $4,200/year. We can get a policy in place that is affordable [$1,750 CDN] if we only rent our cottage out for 180 days/year. We rent out our cottage 265 days/year which means that affordable policy changes and becomes 2.5 times more expensive! Please advise as we would love to hear from you!
