After I submit my tax information how long does it take to obtain a reduced rate of withholding?

I am a non U.S citizen and have just submitted my Taxpayer information. It looks as though air B n B is still withholding rates from my listing (30%). Does any one know how long it takes for them to approve the tax information? Thanks
