Air B&B refunded full lease amount??

Hello!

I elected to set up 50% strict policy.  Someone who is checking in a couple weeks cancelled and Air B&B refunded them the full amount.

Any suggestions?

It could be there was extenuating circumstances or did you get a message from BNB saying the guest said you wanted to cancel and you accepted this?

If so BNB will take it as your cancellation and give them a full refund.

The messaging is very confusing for hosts who sometimes accept this by mistake.

The best way to find out is to call BNB.
