Air BnB Photography

Hi all,

We were recently unsatisfied with the complimentary Air BnB photopraphy. This is our 5th listing and all the others have been great. Do you know if it's possible to have a "re-do"? I understand that because it's complimentary it's unlikley, but has anyone had success with having a replacement photographer come?
