Air BnB management fee?

Recently I have had a couple Air BnB hosts ask if I could manage their property (from reservations, to bill paying, hiring cleaners and managing the physical property maintainance. What is a fair amount to charge the host if they prefer a hands off approach?

You are referring to becoming a co-host, @Gordon59.  I hope you have read the Help Center articles about co-hosting.  The guidelines are 10-20%.
