Air BnB stealing money from us for people that have cancels in the future.

Has anyone else had air bnb take money out of their Current earnings for guests that have canceled in the future?  Air BnB is literally taking our money and not paying us for guests that we are currently hosting, to repay the people that have canceled in the future due to Covid.  Our concern has been escalated, so we have been told, but has not yet been assigned to a case manager to even get back to us.  It has been two weeks .
