Air b n b dropped the minimum nightly charge

Hello air b n b community!

We are new to this platform however have already had some confirmed bookings for our holiday home.

We are a bit puzzled by this and hoping some long time air b n b members can answer this for us!

We turned on air b n bs smart pricing and set it to $900 minimum per night.

We have recieved a confirmed booking for two nights however it is saying she got it at a rate of $720 per night?

Can anyone please explain how this has happened?

Thank you in advance!

Yasmin

I also had a minimum price listed ($75) but a gal booked for $68 minus the fee left me with about $65 a night!  That's not right! How do I avoid this scenario?
