We had guests in tears wanting to cancel as the place didn't suit their children due to stairs - more their fault than ours as the pictures were clear. The guest was clearly tired and upset so we agreed to let her cancel. What has transpired is that Air Bnb deductd $439.30 from our account, so not only did we not get any rent which is fine but they also took this money from us without any notification. This is extremely wrong and now trying to get hold of them is near impossible to discuss the resolution. Does anyone have an idea of how I can ring or email them??.
