AirB&B charged me for a room I did not get except for.

Hi

 

Two weeks ago I booked some rooms and one of the requests I sent out did not get aproved.  AirB&B said I woud not be charged but I see that a charge was made on my Pay Pal account.   I waited more than ten days to have it credited back to me still did not.   How and were do I contact some one on Airb&b, this web site makes it impossible to contact any one on AIrB&B..............Help I want my money back!
