AirBNB Refuses to Provide Status of Security Deposit Claim --- VERY DISRESPECTFUL & UNPROFESSIONAL!
A guest stole a TV from my listing ALMOST 3 MONTHS AGO. I reported the incident immediately. Since then, I have contacted AirBNB a dozen times. I have been hung up on several times and ignored or lied to more times than that with no answers. What should I do!?
