AirBNB in Ukraine

Dear travellers and hosts,

Is AirBNB an acceptable proof of accommodation for the purpose of eVisa and immigration & passport control? I do not get enough information online.

Atleast for Russia, there were too many conflicting posts. Even when I tried getting the Russian visa, the officer was sceptical about submitting proof for AirBNB. She even said, they may call up my host to confirm the accommodation. However, I had my visa and eventually, a nice trip. Noone bothered my host too.

How is it with Ukraine?

Thanks in advance!

I don't know about Ukraine but in Croatia it is possible. I am a host and I was called a few times by police immigrating officers to confirm my guests from China and India... have a reservation at my Airbnb. I confirmed and they were able to get a visa and enter Croatia.

My guests from Brasil were able to enter Croatia when they showed their 14 nights reservation at my Airbnb (14 days was the mandatory quarantine period)

I suppose in Ukraine could be the same.
