AirBNB suspended my account without any discussion & I'm a super host
I have been a AirBNB host for 5 years, have 4 properties and am currently a SuperHost.
The email from AirBNB was from a Barry and he sent it to me moments before his weekend started and asked to call me in 4 days time.
I have had returning guests reach out to me and say they cant book because my calendar is all greyed out.
I have tried to speak to AirBNB on chat and over the phone and they say they cant put me in touch with the particular team.
You can see screenshots of the first email they sent me here.
I have used cameras on the exterior of the property for 5 years and have followed AirBNB's guidelines and its shown on the Health & Safety & Ameneties page, see all screenshots here https://twitter.com/icepicknz/status/1421993843742834688 . I also advise guests on booking confirmation about the cameras and again 4 days before checkin with the checkin instructions.
I have essentially been suspended and cant take bookings; I have $80k of future bookings that are currently at risk because someone decided that I'm doing something bad when I;m not, the equivalent of being put in jail without any proof; considered guilty until proven innocent.

I documented the experience and provided the evidence here https://medium.com/@barrymurphy_73830/bad-airbnb-experience-from-a-superhost-1398a40795e
Spoke to the AirBNB agent today; they want to see images of our cameras view (which I have sent them).
I asked how a guest with Zero reviews and just signed up a couple months ago can go against a SuperHost and all the reviews that super host has and just shut them down with no evidence. He could not answer that question.
I asked to speak to a supervisor as I understand he is just working to the policy his managers or people higher up have set; and I wanted to discuss how broken it is and he said there is no one to talk to but he will send me a feedback link at the end of the case.
Execs and Directors such as @Brian at AirBNB need to see the medium post; but then again they making so much money they probably dont care about a few SuperHosts a week being suspended
