We contacted them on Aug 28. They blamed it on LA City. LA City cleared it up shortly after. On Sept 4, AirBnb told us we would need to wait 1 to 2 days for a resolution. We reluctantly accepted that. It has now been 12 days and still no resolution.
They "closed" our message thread because they had "escalated" it!

I don’t understand the nature of your issues but if you look at the Contact Airbnb post towards the top of the forum you are posting in it has all the ways of contacting them including their social media.
For an LA lawyer I would try posting in the LA host group.
