@Ryan453 You can add me to your list, this is a great idea. I'm furious, and worried about accepting new guests. I've been trying for a week to get a payout for four extra nights that a guest added to their stay. The guests checked out last Wednesday. Many phone calls, many messages, but in the end all I get from Airbnb is: "Thanks for reaching out to us regarding this issue. I'm forwarding your inquiry to a member of our team who can better assist you. They'll be getting in touch with you soon. In the meantime, please feel free to respond to this message with any further questions or concerns. Best regards, ..."
Tonight I responded to this inane message with this: "Thank you for telling me yet again that you are forwarding my inquiry to a "member of your team who can better assist me". This is not a question or concern, and I'm not interested in "assistance". I'm interest in Airbnb doing their job and transferring the payout into my PayPal account immediately. I pay bills online all the time so I know how quick and easy it is to do. I can't imagine what your "team" needs to figure out or fix after all this time, but this is beyond outrageous - and I know that I'm not the only host who's experiencing Airbnb's withholding of payouts for no reason."
