Airbnb Account Fraud

I had an open case with three transactions made on my Airbnb account. Somone accessed my account and made three reservations before altering payment details and cancelling the payment, refunding it to a separate account. Yesterday morning I was informed that my case was being transferred to a separate team and I would be communicating via email rather than Airbnb messaging. The thread is now closed so I can't send any messages on there and I have received an automated email that I can't reply to from the Trust and Safety Team. When will I be receiving an email from a member of the team who will actually assist in resolving this fraudulent activity?
