Airbnb Answers: Guest profile photos

My airbnb profile won't load a picture.

I have tried dozens of times over the last 6 months, both selecting a saved image and taking a new picture but nothing happens.

I am using a samsung tablet (and sometimes a motorola phone), but nothing seems to work.

What to do?

I would have thought the easiest way to get this resolved would be to give Airbnb a call. This is a community forum, so I'm afraid we can't help with technical issues like this.

As an Australian travelling through South America, a phone call is not an easy option right now.

I have tried reducing the picture size, and I am trying jpeg's, but nothing happens
