Airbnb Hacks and Lack of Response

Hello,

My account was hacked last week and I promptly called and emailed - but all of my information from my previous account was hacked. Now someone is using my old account (with a new psuedonymn apparently untracable by the airbnb community) to use my card info to go online and use my card for airbnb activity. I have happily used airbnb for two years and met wonderful guests and have had wonderful experiences, but this is a HUGE dissappointment as I now this has been a week without response and now unauthorised use of my old account and money. 

I'm only posting here in hopes someone WILL PLEASE RESPOND AND BE OF HELP!

Hi, @Amiliah0. That's awful for you. You may not like this, but it is said the quickest way to get an answer is to tweet AirbnbHelp on Twitter. Anything is going to be faster than posting it here for a bunch of lowly hosts who have no access to any of your accounts. 

If you don't have a Twitter account, it is worth setting one up just for this. Really, it is.
