Hi to all! I am here to post an error under the airbnb verification process.
I uploaded my ID, everything went well, but when it comes to selfie, there is a big problem. I tried with my mobile and also with firefox but with no success.
I tried to clear my cookies, chace and everything, no luck! Everytime I received this message:

I tried to uninstal the app, re-install it, I have the latest app, the latest firmware, the latest model. I tried to take a selfie with more light, with a flash, with my girlfriend, I am confused, maybe I need to wear a makeup! LOL
I received a message from customer support saying that I have an old picture of my ID, :)) that makes me laugh because I took a picture of my ID with my laptop camera.
Can someone help me with this?
