Airbnb app doesn't show the days guests CAN'T check in

Hi there.

New to all this so basic language required!

I have a flexible calender; whereby I have minimum stays out of season of 3 nights where guests can check in on any day (apart from Saturday) and 7 night stays in season where guests can check in any day (apart from Saturday). I simply cannot do Saturday check-ins due to other commitments.

This all works perfectly on the website....

But when you try to book in on the app the non-check in days aren't greyed out so potentially a guest could try to book for a Saturday check-in, get right to the end of the booking process to be told at the very end these booking dates are not available, yet the calender shows they are!

How frustrating must that be for guests. It's enough to put someone off trying again in my opinion and potentially risking me losing a booking (or two!)

Thanks @Stephanie - @Brec27 you're right, I checked your place and did a test Saturday check-in and it allowed me to get to the point of choosing to reserve.  I don't have restrictions like this so I don't alas have any experience with it, but have you tried setting the conditions in-app as well as on the website?

Thanks Ann72 for testing it for me! The settings are exactly the same on the app! I just can't work it out! It's so frustrating as I'm sure it will put people off trying to book!

Hi Miloud0 thanks for looking. Is that on the website or on the app? It works perfectly on the website, but on the app it doesn't block out my non check in days!!!

Sounds like one you need to speak to Airbnb about. I would suggest you give them a call.
