Ana1136 seems to be trawling me and preventing me from posting that I believ that Airbnb operate illegally, knowingly and arrogantly.

Always ask for an AUDIO copy of your telephone conversations (give them dates & times) under your Data Protection Rights, to substantiate your claims for negligence, their lies and incompetence.
Move your listing to other sites Expedia, vrbo Booking.com trp advisor, all who have their own failings, just don't think that Airbnb is the only option

Aw, I do think there has been a little bit of confusion here, and as others have mentioned here, Ana is a community member and host like yourself. You may have seen her name crop up quite a bit here though, because she is an active contributor and wants to help others.
I see you mentioned, you have been unable to post / posts of yours have been removed. I've checked with my teammates Stephanie and Quincy, and they haven't removed any of your posts. On the rare occasion that this happens, we would always let you and other community members here know if we have to do this, as we want you to know why we have had to do this, inline with the Community Center Guidelines.
I wonder if your posts perhaps are just slightly buried in a thread somewhere. I've had a little look and I see you have created quite a few posts recently on Smart Pricing, in this topic. Can you perhaps provide a little more information and I will try my best to help get to the bottom on this.
To add, so you are aware about the purpose of the CC, the CC is a place for our community, to come together and support each other, and so we do want to make sure that everyone feels welcome and thinks the best of one another here.

Indeed Lizzie, which is why I was perplexed at Ana 1136's responses, which I didn't feel were unsupportive, offensive & ignorant and I also felt that she was trawling me - as you can see I have not responded to any of her postings, only those where she has specifically directed her comments to me.

I think that you will agree that I have posted many supportive posts, particularly to your customers for whom you have treated unfairly and possibly unlawfully.
I am not confused, but I can't speak for Ana 1136. I do not think that she has been supportive, she posts as if she knows about my situation, attempts to belittle me and dismiss my concerns.
Ana 1136 dismissed the genuinely held feelings of other contributors with respect to ther well-being. You drive some of your customers to dispair, you negatively affected their income and financial stability. These are very serious matters which Airbnb would do well to address.
I'll leave it to you as to what action you think is appropriate.
@Diana495 please stop commenting about me, it is getting frustrating and as you can tell from my posts I don't easily get frustrated. I have supported more hosts here than you can count and I don't know why you got so hung up on me but please leave me alone. Contact the admins if you want anything clarified.
I do not know what you have done in the past but you have been dismissive of anyone on here who has suffered from mental-health problems and potential financial problems.
I'm just going to step in here again, as I don't think we are getting anywhere and I'm sure this isn't nice for either of you or anyone reading this here.
I do think it is best for us all to take a break from this conversation, so I've just sent you both a direct message.
I hope we can get this misunderstanding all sorted out.
