Airbnb charged credit card incorrect

Hi,

I stayed 1 night at an airbnb and was correcly charged 42 EURO's.

About 1 week later I was charged agian but this time 160 EURO while i did not make any booking.

How do I resolve this issue with Airbnb?

How can i best contact them? As phonenumbers do not work.

Your first step step with any unrecognised charge on your credit card is your card company. In most countries they have a legal obligation to investigate the charge on your behalf. In many cases they refund the charge to you immediately while they investigate.
