Hello. First of all thank you for taking the time to read my question and answer it.
I'm having an issue with a reservation I was trying to do but was cancelled.
Here is the story:
I made a reservation to go to Granada but the airbnb told me I had to verify my account first in order to do the payment. I tried taking lots of picture to verify my account but the app was always telling me that the photo was not good enough. After sometime I gave up and called a friend to make the reservation from her account with the same credit card that I was using. She found a better and cheaper appartment and she booked this another flat. The first flat costed 23€ (if I'm not mistaken) and the second one costed 16€ (if I'm not mistaken). After opening my bank account I have saw that the card was charged twice. One for 28€ and the other for 16€.
I have talked to the first host (the one I didn't go to) and she told me she didn't accept the reservation because she was not enabled to do so.
How can I proceed to get a refund for this 28€ charge?!
